representatives will be at the airport to assist you. Please be
sure to be at the airport 4 hours prior to departure. (Hajis departing on 12Nov from United States
will be accommodated for an extra night in Makkah
Hotel as per there arrival.)

|
Arrive in to the City from where you will be
catching connecting flight to Jeddah. Kindly, check your Airline
ticket to verify your departure date & time, as it may vary
for some individuals based on their special request or
airline). Our staff will be at Jeddah airport to meet &
assist, and to transport the group to Grand Zam
Zam hotel.

Saturday – 14Nov
|
Arrive Jeddah, in the Hajj Camp, our
representatives will meet and assist you through the formalities
of Saudi Arabian Government. Please be patient during this
routine. Your expected waiting time will
be approximately 7 hours. After the formalities we will continue
by air-conditioned buses to Makkah. You
will check in at Grand Zam Zam Hotel. After check-in, you may perform
your Umrah.

During your stay in Makkah
Al-Mukarramah you will have the unique
opportunity to offer all daily prayers in Al-Masjid
Al-Haram with your fellow pilgrims.

8:00 AM prepare your important
belongings (ex. Medicine) and necessities to take to Madinah, Mena, and Arafat. Please label your
luggage clearly (ex. Name, Hajj Prog.
#, & Airline). Leave the luggage; you are not taking with you
outside of your room by 8:00 AM to be collected. All luggages will be kept in storage and
transferred to your hotel in Madinah.
Dawn Travels will make all the arrangements. This enables you to
travel lightly. Afternoon, you will be leaving to Madinah. We will have a late check-in to Our
Hotel in Madinah.

You will be In Madinah,
enjoy the privilege of offering all of your prayers in Almsjid Al-Nabawy.
A religious advisor will deliver a lecture on the performance of
Hajj

Today at 9:00 AM SHARP the buses will
be leaving to visit the famous
mountain of Ohoud, sight of
the battle of Khandak, Masjid they Al-Qiblatain
where the (Qibla was changed), Masjid Quba and
various other historic sites in and around the holy city. Enjoy
the remains of the day praying in Almsjid
Al-Nabawy

|
Please pack all your luggages
well in advance as today after Isha
prayer 8:00 PM SHARP, you will leave for Makkah (Azizyah) by
bus. (As this year Hajj Minsitry has
enforced a new policy, which requires all hajis
to leave Madinah by 5th Zulhijjah).

You will be In Azizyah,
in a nice and clean building (with occupancy of 5 persons per
room). There will be a shuttle service available to transport you
to and from Haram during your stay in Azizyah.

Wed - 25Nov
(8th Zulhijjah)
|
10:00 AM prepare your important
belongings (ex. Medicine) and necessities to take to Mena, and
Arafat. The rest of your luggage should be packed and ready in
front of your room. Please label your baggage clearly (ex. Name,
Hajj Program. # & Airline). It will be kept in storage in the
same building that you stayed in Azizyah.
This gives you the opportunity to travel lightly.

Wednesday – 25Nov
(8th Zulhijjah)
|
Arrive early morning in Mena; stay will be in
air-conditioned tents (American & Turkish Tents far from Jamarat).
|

Thursday – 26Nov
(9 Zulhijjah)
|
Before Fajar prayer
the buses will move to Arafat. This is the most essential
function of the Hajj rituals. Every minute of your stay in Arafat
is to be spent only for Tasbeeh and Zikr of Allah Subhanahu
Wa Ta'ala.
Shortly before Zawal stand under the
open sky asking for Allah's Subhanahu Wa Ta'ala
forgiveness. His mercy and blessings for yourself, your parents,
your entire family and friends. Ask Allah Subhanahu
Wa Ta'ala for
the acceptance of your Hajj.
After sunset buses will take you to Muzdalifa. Upon arrival in the Valley of
Muzdalifa,
offer Maghrib and Isha
prayers and collect Seventy (70) pebbles for Ramii.

Friday – 27Nov
(10 Zulhijjah)
|
1:00 AM one bus will leave to Mena.
"A Fatwa recommends that women, sick, and elderly people
should leave early in the morning". 7:00 AM
other buses will be leaving to Mena for those who wish to spend a
longer time in Muzdailfa.
In Mena you will perform Ramii,
offer Qurbani and Halaq(shaving
head), then you will be go to Makkah
Al-Mukarramah on your own to perform Tawaf-ul-Efada (Twaf
– e – Ziyarah) after which
you must discard Ihram and change into the attire of your choice.
You will be staying in Mena.

(11 Zulhijjah)

Perform Ramii.
Overnight in Mena."It is a perfect
day to perform Tawaf-ul-Efada (Twaf – e- Ziyarah)
and Saii"

Sunday – 29Nov
(12 Zulhijjah)
|
Perform Ramii, and
will stay in Mena.
|
|
Sunday – 30Nov
(13 Zulhijjah)
|
Perform Ramii, then
will depart to Makkah Al-Mukarramah
to perform Tawaf-ul- Widaa. After finishing the Tawaf - ul - Widaa
you will be transferred to Hotel in Jeddah, where you will spend
a night .
Note: People leaving out of Jeddah on
01Dec will be transferred to Jeddah Airport 10 hours prior to
their flight departure time on 30Nov (as requested by Airlines).

Monday - 01Dec (14 Zulhijjah)
|
Transfer to Jeddah airport 10 hours prior (as
requested by the Airlines) to departure time of your flight. (If
you wish to stay a longer period of time in the connecting Cities
you may do so if you previously requested).

Tuesday - 02Dec
|
You will Arrive at New York JFK airport at
noon (as per your airline schedule). If you are making a domestic
flight booking please allow at least 6 hours stay in New York
just in case the flight is slightly delayed.
|

Important Notice For all Passengers who
wants to stay in there Countries before or after
Hajj: Please inform us and submit your request on the
time of your initial reservation for Hajj and have the
confirmation before leaving U.S.A.
Anyone stays in his/her country after Hajj
Please makes sure to confirm your return flight 72 hrs prior to
your departure.
